Q. What’s the difference between Mat and Reformer Pilates?

Mat Pilates uses body weight for resistance and is performed on the floor. Reformer Pilates uses a specialized machine with springs that provide adjustable resistance and support.

Q. When should I arrive?

Please arrive five minutes before class starts. We do not have an indoor waiting area, so we will open doors five minutes before your class begins. There are storage cubbies available for belongings, as well as a coat rack. 

It is very important to be on time, as the first few minutes of each class are spent warming up, and we will not be able to accept clients that are more than five minutes late for safety reasons.


Q. How long is a typical class?




Classes are 50 minutes long.

Q. How often should I do Pilates?

For best results, we recommend 2-3 sessions per week; however, you will still feel positive effects attending 1x/week. Consistency is key to building strength, improving posture, and seeing long-term benefits.

Q. What should I bring and wear to class?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required. We do not provide grip socks, so please purchase them and bring them to class with you.

Q.How do I cancel a membership?

Email at info@station34pilates.com at least 30 days prior to cancellation.

Q. Do I need prior experience?

No prior experience is needed, our instructors will guide you through each movement and offer modifications as needed.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?

 If you need to cancel a scheduled class, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid full payment responsibility. This allows someone else the opportunity to attend class. 

Q. Is there an age restriction?



You must be 18 or over to attend class.

Q. Is Pilates safe during pregnancy?

Pilates can be beneficial during pregnancy, but always consult your doctor first and inform your instructor before class. We would recommend  booking a private training session from the 3rd trimester onward.

Q. How do I book a class?

You can book online through our website and the mindbody app.

Q.What is the photo policy?

No photography of any kind will be allowed in the studio for the privacy of our clients and instructors.
